Products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consumer:<\/strong> The natural person who is not acting in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Day:<\/strong> Calendar day.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Durable medium:<\/strong> Any medium that enables the storage of information in an accessible form for later retrieval.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right of withdrawal:<\/strong> The consumer's right to withdraw from the distance selling contract within the withdrawal period.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Entrepreneur:<\/strong> Scentora BV.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Distance selling contract:<\/strong> A contract concluded exclusively through electronic Friday.<br \/>\nResponse time: within 48 hours.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 3 \u2013 Scope<\/h2>\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from Scentora BV and to every contract concluded via the webshop.<\/p>\n<p>The general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer before the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n<p>Should any provision be wholly or partially invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 4 \u2013 The Offer<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The offer contains a clear and complete description of the products offered.<\/li>\n<li>Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.<\/li>\n<li>Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding on the entrepreneur.<\/li>\n<li>All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Article 5 \u2013 Conclusion of the Contract<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The contract is concluded as soon as the consumer accepts the offer and has fully completed the ordering process.<\/li>\n<li>After completing the order process, the consumer receives an order confirmation via email.<\/li>\n<li>Scentora BV reserves the right to refuse orders or to stipulate additional conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Article 6 \u2013 Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<p>Returns are only permitted if the product:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is unused<\/li>\n<li>Is unopened<\/li>\n<li>Is complete and undamaged<\/li>\n<li>Is provided with an intact original seal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The cancellation must be communicated via email to <a href=\"mailto:info@apexia-cosmetics.com\">info@apexia-cosmetics.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>After cancellation, the product must be returned within 14 days.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 7 \u2013 Costs in Case of Cancellation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The consumer bears the costs of the return shipment.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return, provided the return conditions are met.<\/li>\n<li>Should the product not meet the return conditions, Scentora BV reserves the right to refuse or reduce the refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Article 8 \u2013 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>For reasons of hygiene and health protection (cosmetics), products whose seal is damaged are excluded from the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 9 \u2013 Prices<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All prices are valid for the stated offer period.<\/li>\n<li>Price changes due to legal measures (e.g. VAT changes) will be passed on.<\/li>\n<li>Subject to printing and typographical errors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Article 10 \u2013 Warranty and Conformity<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Scentora BV guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the legal conformity requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of their discovery.<\/li>\n<li>The statutory warranty remains fully in effect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Article 11 \u2013 Delivery and Shipping<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Orders are processed with care.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery will take place within 2 working days, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Article 12 \u2013 Payment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the webshop.<\/li>\n<li>Payment processing is handled via external payment service providers such as Mollie, Stripe, Klarna, or PayPal.<\/li>\n<li>Scentora BV is not liable for disruptions at external payment service providers.<\/li>\n<li>The customer is obliged to report any discrepancies in the payment details immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Article 13 \u2013 Complaints Procedure<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Complaints should be submitted via email to <a href=\"mailto:info@apexia-cosmetics.com\">info@apexia-cosmetics.com<\/a> within 7 days of discovery.<\/li>\n<li>Complaints will be answered within 48 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Article 14 \u2013 Use of the Webshop Platform (WooCommerce)<\/h2>\n<p>The Scentora BV webshop is hosted and technically maintained via the WooCommerce platform.<\/p>\n<p>WooCommerce is third-party software. Scentora BV is not liable for disruptions or temporary unavailability caused by technical problems with WooCommerce or other third-party providers, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 15 \u2013 Liability<\/h2>\n<p>Scentora BV is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>Liability is limited in any case to the value of the respective order.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 16 \u2013 Applicable Law<\/h2>\n<p>All agreements are subject to applicable law.
